Assembly Instructions for Work Stool Casters
- Place the dental work stool stably and securely with the seat facing down on a soft surface (e.g., a covered table or worktop).
- Remove the existing old casters including the stem by pulling the casters straight upwards. Important: Initially, move the caster slightly back and forth to loosen the stem and prevent it from getting stuck in the socket.
- If the stem remains stuck in the frame: Grip the stem with pipe pliers. Gently tap under the pliers with a hammer to release the stem from the socket before mounting the new caster.
- If there is any dirt, please clean with a dry cloth or blow it off.
- Align the stem of the new chair casters with the intended socket.
- Press the stem of the new casters into the socket with light, even pressure until it audibly clicks into place.
- Check that all casters are firmly and securely mounted.
- Carefully set the dental work stool upright and test the smooth running of the casters on a level surface.
