Unfortunately, returns of upholstery manufactured in the wrong color are excluded. - Complete Replacement: If you are replacing the upholstery of an entire dental unit or dental chair, you are flexible in your color choice. You can choose any manufacturer's color or even from our entire current color collection to ensure the new color of your upholstery harmonizes with the color ambiance of your practice rooms.
- Partial Replacement: If only a single piece of upholstery on your dental unit or dental chair is being replaced, an exact color match is crucial. If you know the exact manufacturer's color name, you can order your upholstery directly from the shop. If the color name is unclear, please be sure to request free samples for color matching.

- The seat cushion is attached using four snap fasteners, which are screwed onto the rotating plate of the seat. The cushion is pressed onto these fasteners so that they lock into the four round openings of the seat base.
- To remove the cushion, place both hands to the left and right of the vertical seam in the gap between the cushion and the bottom cover. Pull the cushion upwards with a strong jerk. Important: Do not apply pressure to the dark brown or gray frame, as this may cause damage!
- Removing the seat cushion requires effort and is not easy. Often, the cushion is so tightly seated that the entire stool lifts when attempting to remove it! Stabilize the stool by pressing your foot on the frame near the castors or get assistance from a second person.
- ATTENTION: The black or white snap fasteners usually break when removing the old cushion – this is normal. Order new snap fasteners in our shop under article number DKL210050.
- After removing the cushion, check the condition of the existing fasteners. Remove any remnants of broken fasteners and screw the new snap fasteners into the designated threads on the seat plate.
- Position the new cushion exactly over the snap fasteners. The artificial leather cover has a vertical seam that extends to the underside of the seat plate. This aligns with one of the snap fastener openings. Use the seam to pre-position and align the cushion correctly. By applying even pressure, the fasteners will snap into place and securely hold the cushion.

Instructions for replacing the backrest/armrest for Sirona S work chairs
- Under the armrest base, there are three plastic thread caps. Important! Be sure to use a very large screwdriver to avoid damaging the plastic.
- After removing the thread caps, lift the armrest cushion upward from the armrest base.
- Once the thread caps are removed, the threaded pin may remain either in the thread cap or in the armrest.
- In the next step, loosen the threaded pins from the thread caps or from the old armrest. Important! Use a small pair of pliers and grasp the threaded pin in the middle of the threaded rod when unscrewing, as the middle-threaded section has no function. Only the threaded areas at the beginning and end of the pin are relevant.
- Then screw the threaded pins into the threaded openings of the new armrest.
- Guide the threaded pins through the three openings in the armrest base.
- From below, insert the thread caps with two fingers and carefully try to catch the threaded pin. Screw the thread cap slightly in and repeat the process for the other two threaded connections.
- Finally, tighten the plastic thread caps with the large screwdriver.
