There are two upholstery variants for the seat upholstery of the Sirona Teneo/Intego/Sinius/Axano dental units: STANDARD and LOUNGE. With the STANDARD variant, the leg rest is made of a black plastic that you protect from scratches and signs of wear from footwear, and with the LOUNGE variant, it is a padded surface. The foot protectors for the STANDARD and LOUNGE variants are identical.

The original seat upholstery for Sirona Teneo/Intego/Sinius/Axano dental units is available in two upholstery variants: STANDARD and LOUNGE. With the STANDARD variant, the seat upholstery is shortened and extended by a leg support made of black plastic. The LOUNGE variant is a continuously padded surface with seams.
The DKL seat upholstery STANDARD "L" variant combines both components. The upholstery is continuous and seamless.

- Partial Replacement: If only a single piece of upholstery on your dental unit or dental chair is being replaced, an exact color match is crucial. The fastening elements of the STANDARD and LOUNGE seat upholstery variants are identical in the seat area, with the only difference being that the leg support in the LOUNGE variant is part of the complete upholstery.
Complementary Product Recommendations
Disassembly of the Leg Support and Seat Upholstery
- The disassembly of the seat upholstery begins with all three variants at the foot end.
- With Variant V1, the two screw connections (1) of the locking mechanism on the tube frame of the upholstery receptacle are loosened, and the leg support is moved backward. Complete removal is not necessary, but a sufficient gap for the disassembly of the seat upholstery should be created.
With Variant V2, the leg support is lifted at the back so that the two rear clamps (2) release from the tube frame. The leg support is then moved backward out of the guide (3). Complete removal is not necessary, but a sufficient gap for the disassembly of the seat upholstery should be created.
With the LOUNGE variant, the clamp (4) is released from the tube frame by lifting the upholstery. - The seat upholstery is subsequently released from the clamps (5) by lifting in the lower area and then pulled out from the two clamp fixings (7) at the front.
- When assembling the new upholstery, the two clamps (6) are first pressed into the clamping receptacle (7). This aligns the upholstery so that the two clamps (5) can be easily pressed in.
- The attachment of the leg rests for the STANDARD variants and the lower seat upholstery for the LOUNGE variant takes place in the reverse order of the disassembly.
